He probably played some audio / video clip on his show which UFC has recently entered into the Youtube content ID database. His video then got scanned, matched and automatically deleted.
Didn't Joe say he's quitting when they're sold to those chinks? Maybe they're fucking with him knowing they've got UFC commentator Jim Norton coming up.
"By the way, when you were doing that B-movie that only made 50k on a 3 million dollar budget... how did you know what to do with your hands? Every time I'm in something I don't know what to do with my hands. Do you blink?"
This is the end of the UFC/Joe Rogan relationship. More and more it seems clear that the UFC is going to want to reign Rogan in on the crazy shit he says and does. Rogan criticizes Ariel Helwani, but Joe can talk inside baseball about the UFC just as much.
Rogan probably realizes that whatever new company buys the UFC that they likely won't allow him the same kind of freedom that he had before. Hell, Zuffa probably wasn't going to give him the same type of freedom as he had before.
Joe Rogan will leave the UFC and sign with HBO boxing later this year.
What's the point of doing commentary anywhere else? His podcast allows him to pack theatres around the country (Yes, I'm aware his stand up is awful.) I would guess that he is making a decent amount of money just doing the Podcast and selling his snake oil. I've heard him say multiple times that he wasn't sure he wanted to continue being a commentator.
The same reason Jim has stayed with Opie.. It's guaranteed pay.. His podcast, snake oil, etc. can stop making profit tomorrow, but that commentator check will always cash.
I said the HBO boxing remark as sarcasm. I doubt he would actually do that. HBO would keep him on a leash like Zuffa never did.
The UFC sale has been rumored for awhile and Rogan has said in the last year or so that he is open to not coming back. I'm guessing that the main reason is because he doesn't want to work for whatever company is going to buy the UFC. He doesn't want to be under contract and then have to deal with the new owners and whatever new rules they implement on the promotion.
Joe know's MMA but his boxing knowledge is just above "water cooler talk" level. He would have to do some serious brushing up on the sport and it's history if he was seriously trying to get a shot at becoming an HBO commentator. That or start on PBC or FoxSports....

Most accurate answer.
I uploaded a playlist that I made for my wedding, and the same thing happened to me. I had something like twenty views.
It's not a grand conspiracy, it's just a robot deleting files.

He is leaving the UFC in August, lots to speculate about imo. UFC is mad and taking little jabs at him anyway they can.

Jim would be great at post fight interviews. "Congratulations...man, if I looked like you, I would be a problem."

I am baffled by this. Can't Joe pull some strings to stop this shit?

UFC is going to be sold, you won't see Joe no more soon.

It likely got caught in a automated DMCA since they used fight footage.

Not DMCA, content matched. DMCA has different msg and helps kill accounts, this just blocks the video

He said if there is any change in ownership he was deffinitely leaving, and unlike the worm he actually has backbone and will follow through.
2 cakehornnigga 2016-06-21
I don't see how his podcast money could go away. Why would a majority of his audience just disappear?
