So he says he'll give the people who come for his guns 1 or 2 of them but won't give them all of them because they don't know where he keeps them? So if they come to his house with a big list of guns that his brother Anthony bought for him and he only turns over 1 or 2 of them he thinks they'll just say, "Oh well we have a list here saying you own 12 firearms but hey we're happy with just these 2." What they'll do instead is arrest him and toss him in jail until he reveals where he has hidden his firearms or his wife brings them in to get him released.
But what I think will really happen is a bunch of armed ATF agents, or whoever it is he thinks will take his guns, will show up at his house, break down the door, Joe will piss his pants and projectile diarrhea and vomit at the same time and then immediately tell where all his guns are and then volunteer where Anthony, Fred from Brooklyn and all the other leeches keep their guns as well.
