Maybe we have more in common than just man on man love? I too suffer from bad lower back pain. I don't have reason to suspect it's scoliopie but it does mean I'm forever standing and shifting ( I have an adjustable standing/sitting desk ) in my seat. Have done for years.

I'd make it a priority. Bite the bullet on the cost - nothing's more important than keeping healthy, especially with a condition like yours. Also, you're young but time's gonna start to fly as you hit 30 and the older you will appreciate not having had to hunch over to type. That I can all but promise you.

I use a tripod with a flat metal sheet screwed onto the top for the keyboard/laptop when I stand. Takes 2 minutes to set up.

It's all good and I can do little dances when I jerk off too.

There are also adjustable desktop stands for laptops. I don't have one myself but they sit-atop your desk under your laptop and you can raise and lower them whenever you want. That may be sufficient if you're more of a laptop user.
