I'm not excusing his behavior at all, nor am I not saying he has tendencies towards young women in a poor psychological state. However, Ant asked her to leave. Ideally, he would've called the cops when she refused to leave.
Using prescribed drugs and alcohol is generally a bad combination. I almost got caught up in that in college -- Ambien and alcohol. I was prescribed Ambien for sleep issues, but instead of making me drowsy, I would trip. Thankfully, friends said I was scary with both in my system. I stopped Ambien cold turkey. Even if he went to rehab impress the judge, I think he learned that being an asshole alcoholic is fine, taking another drug makes you do horrible things.
