Ricky Gervais asked ask Jimmy what one thing does he really want and Bob Kelly replied - "A job in October". Looks like its pretty clear that they've discussed Jimmys situation and that he will more than likely be leaving the show. I think a Bob and Jimmy show with good guests would be entertaining.
