Vic Henley's constant need to make every story that takes place in the South about his own experiences there is enraging

Vic Henley is enraging.

It's ironic that he can get that kind of reaction out of anyone. I was thinking about what his deal was earlier and figured out there's a specific reason why he doesn't even try to be funny, let alone succeed. To be funny you need to be mean, and this is a guy New Yorkers are going to be prejudiced against from the start. I think he's built his entire personality around avoiding anything controversial, including anything mean. Like a bartender has a rule to never touch on politics or religion, he avoids most things that have any substance to them because NYers don't want to hear the opinions of a good ol' southern boaah.

End result is he's just one big good-natured vacuum of banality. Perfect for the Opie Show.

"AHH SOME U2..." nope.

They all look like clones of each other

Jim Gaffigan is as bad as Vic Henley.

Vic Henley looks like an aging lesbian
