The cheerleader effect seems like a lie average women try to perpetuate to feel pretty. I've never seen the ugly woman of a group appear better than she should for having attractive friends. If anything the opposite is true.
This looks like a good idea for a movie. Show the life of young comedians in NYC. However, they could have done it way more interesting than this. Also that dude should have never left Key and Peele. Keeanu was one of the dumbest movies I've ever seen. Key and Peele was great though.
