As someone who has a law degree, this is not your theory Opie. Many parody court decisions cite this very reason as to why someone trying to sue is not harmed, but actually profits.

Sir, you don't seem to understand. Opie helped the Southpark guys be successful. He is the reason everyone watched John and Kate plus 8. He practically made Russell Brands career.
So don't act like the guy isn't a fucking genius in all aspects of life.
