Nice, I see they went flexible funding. It's good to do that in case things change and you find yourself with a new apartment to renovate or something like that.
To make it exactly the same they need to get a skyscraper built exactly the same way the WTC was. Built of exactly the same materials and that is as old as the WTC was when the planes hit it. Also they need to make sure the plane they buy is the same age as the plane that hit the tower and have it loaded exactly the same way with exactly the same amount of luggage and fuel load. Also they should do it on a day with similar weather conditions and at the same time of day as well.
