Jeopardy doesn't even get difficult until Double Jeopardy, and the questions are almost always less difficult for celebrities. I bet Louis will do okay, but I think Nick Dipalo would be suprisingly good for someone in the O&A universe. Don't forget Ronnie B, he is pretty cultured for a guy without a high school diploma.
