Whoever designed this was too cheap to buy nice fonts ( probably from dafont) and too scared to steal someone else vector skyline so he tried to hide the detailed part because he's lazy as fuck. it looks like it was done in Photoshop then shittily converted with live trace in illustrator.
My guess this is another garbage shirt from brother Elmo.
Retro Oqie is all in with the depressing 70s motif. It simultaneously has too much going on yet a ton of empty negative space that makes everything visually off balance and tense. Plus, an unintentionally phallic, yet somehow still sad and lonely building, I'm guessing that represents Opie up in his penthouse, crafting the next viral video idea or profound tweet.
It's Boogie Nights once it gets to the 80s section, only less entertaining.
