Nope. Its all done using your same email address. Just for example [email protected] is the same as [email protected], or [email protected], you can put multiple dots in as well [email protected]. You can also use googlemail.com in place of gmail.com and it all comes to your email address.
I wish I could remember what it was but I found a website that generated random emails with the press of a button. You just clicked and could copy paste legit emails to use.

Yes, you can also add as many periods as you want. I'm pretty sure dashes work also but I'm not sure. "Google it"
