In a way, you can't blame him. He's got somewhere between 80-100 million in the bank. He can do what he wants and the fact that he never has to work again has probably stifled him creatively. He's not hungry any more with that kind of money. It's only his ego and need for approval that keeps him making movies/shows. Otherwise he could retire and do whatever the fuck he wants - save Korean dogs from the grill or whatever.
