He gets carried by Anthony and Jimmy and the guests, who tend to gloss right over his remarks and not make a big deal of it (like they did here), so the audience doesn't notice unless they really pay attention. But if the guys wanted to, they could spend hours bashing all the dumb shit he says. The reason they just let these things slide is because nobody wants to deal with the Greggshells.
