He's converted to a jahovas witness years ago and they don't take medication or recieve blood transfusions. And there were rumors before he died that a really famous black dude had AIDS for years but we're in rough shape after they stopped taking their medication routinely because they were convinced they were cured. I'm like 99% sure he really did have aids
