Anyone else think Opie paid the "trucker" to call in and attack Jimmy twice about cartoon?

Opie seems suspiciously guilty in orchestrating the trucker who has such issues with Jimmy's cartoon. Jimmy was about to leave and Opie mentions that Florentine is on the line. Then he brings up that the caller has the hotline number. This has Opie written all over it. Revenge for bringing Ester in and her small quips.
Jimmy, how will you counter punch?

If his talking points weren't almost word for word talking points from a couple of the crazies on this sub I'd believe it... No way he would deal with anyone from this place.
