The cringiest part about OnJ's interview with Louis
21 2016-04-18 by kevin121312
Was how Opie first tried to get Louis to talk about going into debt and then Jim trying to get Louis to talk about Pesci, with out directly mentioning that he talked about both those things on Howard and that's why anyone is aware of them.
Jim: Soooo, has anyone ever asked how you got their number
Louis: yes, actually, Joe Pesci did.
Jim: Oh, really? wow

Jim didn't listen to the Howard interview. He had a 6 hour edging session instead

He was busy never seeing an episode of Seinfeld and making a cartoon.

He has never seen the Simpsons either

To be honest it's incredible someone who has not even seen essential comedy viewing of the past 20 years is somehow hilarious.

Whilst doing stuff off the cuff yes he is, however his stand up material is and has always been rancid trash.

Being funny off the cuff is a greater skill than being able to repeat a shitty routine in front of people who know you're saying shit you've repeated hundreds of times. Why bother watching his stand up if he's shit at it? Listen to him on radio, it's likely funnier than many stand up specials... do you think your favorite comic would be a great Romcom writer/actor? It's not their element.

He probably should see what funny animation looks like.

Was it even mentioned that Louis went on Howard before O&J?

Louis mentioned it, when he talked about how people were saying he was broke after Horace and Pete and got the story wrong.

I was cringing at Louis talking about the actors on his show. How he had some big talent mixed in with of his friends from the Comedy Cellar (Normand, Metzker). I'm sure Louis asked Jimmy to be in an episode, but he was just too busy working on new Chip episodes and edging to Kelsey Cook's Instagram photos.
Also how Louis developed Horace & Pete and how his thought process couldn't have been more polar opposite than Jim's doing that steaming pile of shit cartoon.
I bet after the show Jim went into the ladies' room and had a good cry

I miss when he just used to talk about retarded people getting held down and snaked in the ass.

Nick diPaolo, Steve Buscemi and Allan Alda to name a few big, talented actors.

Thanks, guys. I had zero interest in watching Horace and Pete, but now, thanks to /r/O&A, I am going to binge it all. I'm guessing that I'll love it based on how much you guys feel the need to shit on it.

Depression is a serious issue. Talk with your doctor about getting treatment

Legitimate response here, but I'm on anti-depressants and they work wonders for me.
