Because a lot of people with strong political views are so retarded that they they're incapable of enjoying anything that comes from someone they disagree with. Both right wing SJWs and left wing SJWs are guilty of this.
It makes the comic hypocritical. I can make jokes about certain things but you can't. Is that what you mean by personal views? Theres a certain level of arragense to it.
Because progressives, liberals, Marxists, socialists, statists & communists...basically everyone left of center have no humor. They don't tolerate anything they consider a slight to their enlightened vision of geo socialogical politics.
