That's really good, especially considering he has a fairly light voice. Although, based on this clip alone his material isn't as good as what Anthony says, but this is the only thing I've seen so I'm not a fair judge.
All Anthony does is repeatedly mention thermite paint and thank people for their service. He has no material. This guy actually thinks as he's doing the voice.
