It's under construction because Joe doesn't know how to edit all the cancelled gigs off his website, and looking at the HTML on his 1920's site is baffling to that Cro-Magnon. I'd suspect he's also loost so many gigs that the page has 1/4 of the bookings and he knows it's being looked at to lose the remaining ones.
