Does Anthony have dementia?

We know Ant has been a piece of shit his whole life in some way, but he has a history of dementia in his family. From his latest antics, some attributed it only to his drinking. It's possible that, like Robin Williams, has Lew Body's, which affects older middle aged men, affects motor skills, and tweaks the personality.
Early onset dementia patients tend to obsess over the same thing over and over, (racism, Seinfeld, etc) and introduce very little to their routine.
