Whats Ants end game? I think the sub and Bob Kelly have convinced Ant he is an alchoholic. Maybe he just wants a holiday and is using rehab to get the big guests.

He's trying to avoid jail by going to rehab it has nothing to do with the judge

He doesnt "want him" there, but a solid defense is that the defendant was drunk and not in control. Going to rehab shows the judge that they acknowledge that and are coming out of it an improved person. Sure it isnt genuine in this case but its a common tactic to avoid jail time. But sometimes it backfires and they do both.

Pretty sure most states make rehab mandatory if the crime in question was comitted while intoxicated.
