I hope Brother Joe takes over TACS while Anth is drying out

Reasons why: 1) He's blood! Kurt Metzger isn't blood.

2) This falls under the terms of the deal they made while knocking tin and stealing from others.

3) Joe has the experience. He has captained a show that has all the elements of TACS for years.
