It would be phony and hacky. I think it would sound like their old shows with over the top fake laughs, phony banter and wacky fake bits because they have no idea how to be genuine people anymore. They'd want to prove to everyon that they're back! And better than ever!
I want O&A back exclusively for the freaks. I want Bobo, Marion and Lady Di (who is apparently still alive somehow but probably looks like that shriveled thing in Spongebob in the chocolate episode) to just battle it out with Jimmy and Denny there. Do it once a month and I'll never listen to anything again.
They should do a show at a comedy club or an arena. Just a one night only thing where they will sit down and hash out the past, relive some funny moments, bring on old guests, argue, yell, be dicks to one another and just go out like that.
And to make it even more fitting, no one should show up to the venue, just have them there, alone in an empty room with their guests. A final fuck you from their once rabid fans.
Yes, we all now know the whole show was a sham to begin with.
But I think once those mikes are turned on, and, like has been suggested a few times,
they bring in Vos, Col & Bobby to relentlessly tear them to pieces
for the goings-on of the last two years, plus bringing in Denny, Marion, Bobo, Big A and
Sandy Kane to use as target practice, we'd all forget about the bullshit
and it'd be business as usual.
And I wouldn't want a one-off, either.
A "3-hour Super Show Podcast Every Week" format would fit just right.
