I hate how "Jay talks about dick too much" has become the sole acceptable opinion of the Bonfire around here. It's true, but the Bonfire is still miles ahead of anything else on SXM. It's a shame how its quality is so totally overshadowed by that one talking point.

I was the biggest fan of the bonfire when it started, but that dick talk thing is for real. I still like the show, I like Jay and Dan, I like LoS, but Jay is long-winded as fuck. He'll start on some story with a million tangents and dominate the conversation.
The more I listen to Jay the more important I think Luis actually is to LoS, Luis's tactless puerto-rican yelling is the Yin to Jay's drawn out storytelling Yang. On the Bonfire Dan is just so quick he can shoot into the gaps in Jay's monologues with great lines.
That said, Jay is a super funny dude and when he and Dan are on point I still think they're the best thing in radio/podcasts going.

I'm a big fan of the show, as well as a big fan of Jay and Dan, but Jay steers the ship right into the junior-high-sex-talk-iceberg CONSTANTLY.
