I hate to give him any kind of credit, but the combination of the old-timey piano effect and the over-the-top German accent on "Ol Mein Fuhrer" was kind of funny.
I remember listening to that contest in high school. That song was definitely a stand out along with the Pearl Jam one. Now with 15 years of context, it's not so great anymore
