Yeah that return policy seemed bizarre to me.

Are there really that many people trying to scam an extra picture out of him? And even if there are, and they are successful, he'd still be making a profit because it costs next to nothing for him to print the extra photo.

I've companies that sell real shit that costs them money send a replacement to me and have me put the broken one in the box. Hell, sometimes they just say "keep it".
