Every time I listen to the Lady Di internship compilations I sincerely contemplate quitting drinking, mainly because as a person half of her age and experiencing many of the same physical effects makes me feel like I'll be dead soon. Lady Di: My anti-drug.
Her and ant have cut my drinking down so much. Had 2 cans last weekend. Have had maybe 8 alcoholic drinks since new years. The state of those two are a major factor.
Evidently my liver enzymes are three times higher than they are supposed to be (40-50 is average, I usually test around 50-60, this month I'm at 140-160. I'm 25 and in a vaccine study that monitors this shit), meaning my liver is shitting toxins into my bloodstream because it has finally learned to hate the abuse. I was hoping for a Di update today because I loved hearing her get trashed during the internship but it just ended up being fucking sad and sobering and scary.
She is legit one of the reasons I slowed my drinking down and ultimately stopped. That and maybe the part when Bill's body poured out every drop of blood in his body.
They asked her when she called in crazy if she was drinking again and she said 'less than i was' but i've been keeping in touch with her son and shes under rehab style care so shes sober. Sadly the old gals brain is shrinking so being sober isn't really helping her
Damned decent of you to follow this up. I mean, presumably you arent touching yourself while you talk to her son about her condition or anything like that.
