According to Anthony Jimmy has just been so incredibly busy and he can't make it in to the show but he will be in as soon as his oh so busy schedule clears up. Nevermind that he has done other shows, including LOS. Nope Jimmy is just too too busy to squeeze Anthony in, has nothing to do with him beating up the daughter of a club owner Jimmy can't risk offending, a girl Jimmy has known for years.
Jimmy wasn't there for Ant the day he choked his buddies daughter and stomped her hand so they are on the outs now. That and Anthony took over as the guy who loves trannies and Jim is pissed Ant took his schtick, his very played out and absolutely true schtick
