I made an account years ago that I bought followers for (3,000) and abandoned. I have maybe 5 real people following me (and some people have added me who know me since I used my real name, but all in all probably less than 20 followers are real). A lot of them went away but of my current followers, twitteraudit reported 1,475 real and 451 fake (77%).
I don't remember the service I used but if I did I would recommend it to Tranth and Scorch.

You really think Ant has 170k real followers? Judging by his favorites and retweets he has got have 10-20 thousand tops.
