Norm's a flake and a recluse, and seems to have contempt for anything young and new. I doubt it's coming back. He's been popping back up in traditional things like TV. I think that's the best we can hope for.
I think he only really did it in hopes of getting a late night talk show, which would be amazing. Sadly neither the podcast nor such a show looks to be happening. :(
His latest excuse is "just waiting on booking the final guests"
I think he really is just saying that as an excuse to fans that ask him.
I don't think the money from Last comic Standing and KFC helped either. It just demotivated him.
It was supposed to come back a few times already. He was doing a golf promo and the guys with him on the show were saying something like "and don't forget Norm's podcast show will be back on..."
