And you need to brush up on exactly what the parody, or more accurately "fair use", exemption to a copyright infringement means exactly. A parody isn't generally used for commercial purposes. Cumia network is a business, therefore commercial, so parody would be hard to prove. Example of a parody would be the word "dork" inside a York peppermint patty logo. Here's some more info for ya. A core argument was that the parody distinguished the brand because it was funny the toys were for dogs. What's funny about TACS logo? Nothing. Where's the parody? It isn't there. Another thing you can easily find are companies going after logo infringement, no matter if it's clearly parody or not, and letting the court decide or just dropping it later.
