A little off topic, but why does Twitter even exist? What is it for? (Say what you want about Tumblr, Reddit, Facebook, etc., but at least there's a tangible function to them).
To me, twitter is made to build your business brand. That's it. Anyone who actually has a twitter account and messages celebrities and uses it the way one would use facebook might seriously be mentally ill and extremely needy.
