I really hope that guy followed through with sending Anthony's Reddit transcripts to the judge. Not that I think it would affect his case. I just would really enjoy a judge reading our horse shit.
I really don't understand why you guys think anything will come out of his court case. He's not going to jail. If he was going to jail, we would know already. He doesn't have to pay restitution. I'm sure the court just demanded he go to therapy. It's his first arrest, NY State has very liberal rules about most white, rich first time offenders who haven't committed a heinous crime. Courts just make the defendants come back several times, to make sure they are doing what the judge ruled. I worked in a DA's office for years. It will end with a tap on the wrist, no pun intended.
Yeah, so he's not going to jail. The judicial system is flawed on many levels. If he's cooperating with the DA, then he can plea it down. I used to be one of the many Assistant DA's in Brooklyn. Many factors are heard by the judge during an arraignment: did you cooperate with the arresting officer, were you complacent in your holding cell, your status, are you a good member of society, past criminal behavior, your education, are your family or friends present at the arraignment that shows if you are a flight risk and is for bail, do you have a private lawyer or is your lawyer court appointed. If he cooperated with the DA and did what the judge says, he can plea it down. He was released on no bail, so it's doubtful they think he's a real threat in any way. EDIT: He plead innocent to the charges and there's no "real" evidence. That vid Dani posted doesn't show his face, doesn't show him hurting her, and there's no omission of guilt on there from what I saw.
There's no trial, and he didn't make a plea of guilty. If it's your first time offense, you can plea it down as long as you do what the court asks. Being he has gone to court twice over this, and he admits to therapy on TACS, his punishment could just be court appointed therapy. EDIT: Look at the rulings for other celebrities with same charges. Nothing really happened to them.
If ant loses his guns it is the last straw and he does a full reenactment of the movie Falling Down. He takes one of Keith's guns, starts at a local McDonalds, goes back to the court, then to the Sirius XM building, then to reddit headquarters, then to Sue Lighting's house to try to steal him from his parents where he is finally subdued by police. Obviously the pawn shop scene goes differently, though.
Guys, I didn't want to give it away, but it turns out that I am on the jury for Tranth's case. And let's just say that I have a little plan in mind to crack the whole court room up with my antics and I bet the black dudes in the jury and the prosecutor will be high fiving me by the end of it all!

Kiss your guns goodbye, what would he do without his security blanket?
He was always scared of Obama taking his guns, but he did a damn fine job of it himself.

He's a rich, white guy with no past criminal behavior, I say he gets his toys back in the end.

I'd wager good money that he tries to jam the gavel in his asshole; wide end first.

He is some sort of domestic violence advocate.

I agree with what you said regardless, but didn't someone mention here that it isn't his first arrest?
1 [deleted] 2016-03-03
I didn't see that. It isn't?
1 [deleted] 2016-03-03
He says it definitely wasn't.
1 [deleted] 2016-03-03
Depends on what he was arrested for. You used to get arrested in NYC for jaywalking.
1 [deleted] 2016-03-03
I meant that TrAnthony definitely said it is his first arrest. I'm a fucking idiot.

Courts see a ton of these cases a day. The state cannot afford to place everyone accused of domestic violence in jail.
1 EastSideDan 2016-03-03
Even if you're a first time offender you can skate on felony assault and strangulation charges? Seriously?
1 [deleted] 2016-03-03

Who would the celebrity be in this case?
Its good to know in New York you can strangle a chick and break her ribs and get no punishment.
Also, what is you source that there is no trial and he did not plead guilty?
1 [deleted] 2016-03-03
Chris Brown assaulted several women. He only got in trouble for breaking his probation.

His weekly meltdown on this sub shows that the therapy is doing him good. He's using his words, not his Italian meat hooks to get his anger out.
1 [deleted] 2016-03-03
His Italian "meathooks" got him into this mess in the first place.
4 whydontUlovemeLyndsi 2016-03-03
Oh, so it's illegal to groom and fuck little boys now!? Jesus, this sub will never relent, will it?
Oh, yeah, the domestic violence thing.
