Just a quick note: this type of an evaluation could have been the early stages of a plea bargain.

His attorney could have approached the DA for an ACD. A condition of that would be Anthony being psychologically evaluated for anger issues.

It may culminate in him going to anger management classes. Upon successful completion, he may get his ACD.

Who knows, maybe anger management will fix his tranny addiction?

I thought ACDs are for misdemeanors. Isn't Anthony up on felony strangulation and wrongful imprisonment charges?
