If by pretty good acting you mean unnatural and obviously recited charisma-less line reading then yeah. He's obviously the least talented and experienced person on the screen. Tacs sucks a dick and so does Joe, him and his highschool drama level presence.

He's playing a veterinarian who works in a fucking dungeon tending to dogs and dispensing illegal drugs to street maniacs.
