The channel is named after him because Sirius thinks, like Opie thinks, that getting a viral video on youtube is tantamount to being on the radio for 3-5 hours every day for 20 years, so they made sure the channel name matched Opie's various social media.
Also, Jimmy once again refused to have his name on the show/channel, a little bit in deference to Anthony, but mostly because he sometimes needs Thursdays and Mondays off to travel to gigs and he believes Sirius might take that away if they put his name on a channel and pay him like a true co-host.
Opie is such an unknown, he has to brand 'radio' on all of his social media because he is irrelevant otherwise after 20 years. All other talent uses their full name. What a douche.
