All Rogan clips are detected and have an automatic claim put against them saying it's copyrighted material but you can keep them up if you agree to let them continue being monetized by Rogan.
What Bentpixels/Rogan is doing now is filing MANUALLY lodged infringement notices demanding Youtube remove the videos.
Bentpixels policy as agent for Rogan is to monetize all of Rogan's clips. Removing the clips is completely different. Bentpixels is an agent for Rogan. He would have to specifically tell Bentpixels to have these videos removed for copyright infringement.
I mean not nessicarily, if I was representing Rogan I feel like it would be common sense to try and get that shit taken down before Rogan bitched me out saying what am I paying you for .
People are turning against me now because the videos have been taken down and you cannot view the videos yourself. If you could still view the videos, you would see the number of views, the positive comments, you would find some really funny, and you would find others to be a shocking insight into how Rogan operates.
They were simply clips of from Rogan's own podcast, which he has allowed people to repost for 6 years, which he encouraged others to do, he even rips a guest for using Youtube's copyright infringement to silence "critics". There was nothing taken out of context. They were clips. No special effects. If Rogan said something dumb, or something glaringly hypocritical, or caught out simply lying, that's on Rogan.
It's hypocritical to ban my videos, but if you've seen any Rogan Watch videos you'd know Rogan is a giant hypocrite who says one thing but does another.
