Adam carolla did this with his podcast too. It started out as 1 on 1 interviews because he was sick of waking up at 4 am for morning zoo bullshit. Then he got a soundboard guy. Then the soundboard guy got a mic. Then he got a Funny News Story chick. Who then got a mic and became The Hole. And then the ZANY CHARACTERS started.

At which point i stopped listening.
