Basically.

So if he NEEDS 200k to make 5 episodes, and only gets 50k. Shouldnt he refund the money since there is no longer a budget?

If not then, how EXTRA shitty will the animations be with 150k less in the budget?

There is people who make animations on NewGrounds you could hire to make 10 minute animations for $500 which would be 10 times better.

Doubt he is paying Club Soda Kenny for anything.
