After recently getting for my CCW I noticed reading the application you have to sign it asks if you have ever used illegal drugs or were a drug addict, it also uses the term "Habitual Drunkard" when asking about that kinda stuff. I'd probably bet that if some state or federal agency wanted to fuck with anthony and have at least his CCW permit away they could probably compile enough evidence to do so simply through old O&A audio.
I should mention as well this was from my home state which has some very lax gun laws compared to new york so i'm sure the rules and wording is way more specific in new york, and i'm pretty sure it's a crime to have lied on the application, not sure if its a felony or not.

It's implied, by Gavin and Friends (although they would have a vested interest in keeping it a secret if he did do it) that they would leave if he actually did. Now, the validity of this is questionable, although I will give Gavin more credit since he probably doesn't rely on the job. Who the fuck knows.
