All of those references he threw out seemed like they were out-of-context statements that he's regurgitating from some conspiracy video or site.
No way he was just reading Clinton's autobiography and remembered, off the cuff, that it was page 156 that Clinton said something. He saw someone else say it, took their word for it, and ran with it.
