I'm all in with the Bill Burr cartoon.

For a little while I thought it was atrocious. Slow paced, derivative and lazy. I was wrong. Turns out, I'm lazy. It's a groundbreaking and yet heartwarming cartoon that "pushes the limits" but doesn't "push you away" at the same time. The vulgarity is there but not the aggressiveness or confrontation that otherwise colors some of Burrs earlier work. Thank the creator that he found the right formula to appeal to the larger audience. Otherwise he would have remained at the margins, merely dreaming of a career that was recognized and appreciated by the majority of his potential audience. "Come and get your love." is fuckin A right.

Both me and my GF watched it at the same time. I'm a prick so I look to her sometimes for confirmation that what I'm feeling is valid. She had a look of disbelief on her face while watching. Like "how did a comedian we both love create something that lame?"
I'm amazed so many people here defend it.
