The thing to watch out for here is "witchhunts"

those can be applied externally. Fatpeoplehate was banned because they were harassing imgur admins/mods for being fat and losers so they would take a picture of an imgur mod and make fun of how fat they were in their sub... so word got around that they were doing that and reddit cracked down on the sub.

It's the difference between always being fat and getting fat later. The always fat kid will be emotionally tortured their entire lives by their fatness even if they lose the weight as an adult. Kevin Nealons joke was much funnier and she delivered the punchline like anthony jeselnik, how unoriginal can someone be?

Same thing with the other stolen material. She takes a small one liner from someone and turns it into a 3-4 minute story with less laughs because it took too long to get to the punchline.

On the plus side we get to hear her friends point out how much of a hack she is again;

The rebel wilson one is weak. That's a stock hack joke about hosting an event. And she's just paneling with some throwaway conversation on a daytime talk show, not on one of her specials, tv shows or movies that she profits from. Shouldn't be included in this video and should definitely not be the first clip. Milk milk lemonade just seems like a silly nursery rhyme that gets recycled every 5 years. Not the biggest deal. nealon she might have stolen, it's good enough as an example to be in the original video. the rest is just hacky shit or ideas that are hardly original. jews having horns is not something sacha baron cohen created as a stereotype. "drinking for two" is like some old lady joke from 1947. she should just be ashamed of those, I doubt she stole them. and even if she did, some premises are stock premises that a lot of hack comics use, so she shouldn't be singled out for using those.

Using stock material in clubs is one thing but comedy specials are for material that you have written yourself. Using stock material to flesh out your set to make it long enough for a filming is joke theft.

The second video had all the rally damning shit but the media just picked up the first one which was more or less easy to refute once the comics backed down.
