Not turning on Louis CK anytime soon. Horace and Pete was fucking awesome.

This motherfucker doesn't disappoint me much at all.

Louis is the man. I don't know why this subreddit turned on him. He is the reason why I became a fan of O&A and why many people did as well.

What did you find awesome about it?

he is too retarded to review it in detail.

If it was performed in an off broadway show by no name actors I guarantee he wouldn't think it was so great.

I am too, but some quick thoughts with no detail is cool right?

Buscemi is fucking great in this, Alan Alda cracked me up and it was successful at keeping my attention the entire hour. I didn't pay for it because my grandmother hid her Visa but if the old bag didn't I would have been fine stealing from nanners for this episode.

I don't think it's very funny overall, I got a few chuckles from some of the horrible things said/done so it's similar to an episode of Louie in that sense.

I don't think it's very funny overall,

wow a comedy that only has a few good jokes, amazing. i assume you enjoy pfg tv

It`s not a comedy, you dunce.

It's like a teleplay from the 80's. And just about everyone's performance was perfect. Alan Alda, Steve Buscemi, Nick Dipaolo and Edie Falco. Solid writing, great cast and they kept it a secret until the day it went on sale.

I watched it, we'll have to agree to disagree.

Really? Not at all?

Maybe it will get better as it goes along. I'll agree that the cast is cool. It definitely was like a teleplay from the 80s. I found the writing to be very uninteresting. Alda was supposed to be the comedic relief because he said fuck and nigger and I thought that was very basic and unsatisfying. Didn't build any kind of emotion for the characters.I think it would be a lot better if it was about as half as long. I also think the fact they didn't tell anybody what it is and then charged a bunch of fans to watch it based on the cast and Louie's respect was kind of scummy. There's no way Louie thought that was a quality project he's just making his investment back.

I guess I'm mostly in love with how old-school it was. It took me back to TV when I was a kid and it seems like that's exactly what Louis was shooting for. He nailed it for me. But I'm 38. It might be a generation specific thing.

You have to pay for that shit?

I didn't but when moneys not so tight I will buy it. And I'm a stingy cunt.

This sub condemned him to SJW status some months ago for Louie being too hipsterish. Then things calmed down once Gawker accused him of jerking off in front of female openers and whatnot.

I heard he dragged a black guy from the back of his truck a while back. He should be good.

I thought he was funny till I learned he was half spick. I'm having none of that, thanks.

Totally. Alan Alda rules in this episode.

How fucking amazing is that 90 year old cocksucker?!

Incredible. He's always been good so I shouldn't be surprised, but I am.

I loved it too. The sound editing was shit though, buzz through the entire dialogue.

I like it when people try. There's more than enough celebration of laziness to go around. Schumer ate her fill. Well, maybe that's impossible but still lots of lazy-ass comedy out there.

I didn't see it but his new FX show Baskets was pretty hilarious.

He puts in work. Does a job. Me? Just gimme my container of coffee an I'm good.

Any user who has ever taken it upon themselves to proclaim "we" think Louie is "dead to us", an entire forum full of strangers they don't know, is a lonely mental case.

Well at least somebody enjoyed it. I will never give him another dime after enduring that attrositty.

Do you work for Louis CucK? Can't imagine why else you would advertise for him.

ugh

I'm informing my fellow subredditors of something I thought was cool. Why is that less valid than you're assessment of my motives/character? Oh . . because you're a cunty person.
