Is he aware that Amy admitted on Marc Maron's podcast and in GQ that she used to regularly steal from department stores along with her sister and her cousin. She estimates she stole up to $100,000 worth of clothing. She said it was grand larceny and would've been in a lot of trouble (jail sentence) if she didn't have Chuck Schumer to bail her out.
He said it's hard for him to think of his friend as a thief.
Given all that, does he understand why some people aren't prepared to give her the benefit of the doubt when she says that she'd never steal from a comedian. She's admitted to being a compulsive thief for a long period of time.
Also, does he still think SNL stole his Chip Bit?
Completely unrelated to the Amy thing, why does he keep trying to get a talk show when his strength is being funny and coming up with great characters. Doing another boring late-night show is a waste of his talent.
Ask him if he really believes that all of the dozen or so bits/jokes that have surfaced so far were all parallel thinking by Amy. Can he really not see the difference between one random accusation and the level of accusations that there are now? Ask him to look up the John Mulaney one on YouTube, for example, and see he how can explain why this isn't blatantly stealing - it is not a common joke at all, it has the exact same premise and it even uses a similar '80s song in the punchline. I'd just love to hear him squirm around that.
Ask him if he seriously thinks comedians are the only people that can be legitimately funny, and why if regular people are capable of being funny how come they can't have an opinion on the "art" which is comedy?
There's gonna be a comedy school or something I can go to cause I want to be funny someday.
Ask him about this tweet. Doesn't he think it's hypocritical of Amy to be offended at someone calling her easy?
Jim always rails against phoniness. Amy claims she played a republican character for years and now she's the fat face of feminism. Is that not phony?
Last time he said that the Jesus on Maury and magician sex bits are done to death hacky bits and cited Colin as a source. Does that mean she's a hack? Or is she a 'great comic' who just happens to be doing hacky bits?
Look out for "That's just your opinion, I have my opinion" and strawmans. Thanks for doing this, if it goes well you're going to be a hero on this sub. Not like that other guy Austin...
