Go to someone else. Pay a high premium for someone who is actually talented. Most tattoo artists aren't really artists, just dopes with stencils. A good one costs money, but its worth it.
i agree with this, and ask him about changing the tat into something else. what it really looks like to me is a pile of chewed up food with a marble on top, so maybe go from there. poor workmanship aside, it's not a good design so even a more skilled person will only be able to do so much for it. he can touch up the other guy's shitty work but the design is still a weird ass looking blob
