Dane was disliked by comics because when he was rising he was doing material that was pretty alternative. Not really set up and punchlines just an original character and cadence. Most of the comics hated him because they were jealous and thought they deserved what he had.

The public will always love the lowest level of an artform, thats why you get the blue collar comedy tour, amy schumer, Aziz. The majority of people who pay to go see comedy shows are people who know nothing about the art of standup, there lies the problem.

Aziz is actually pretty good, especially considering he's only in his early 30's. He's not Stanhope but his recorded sets are arguably better than anything Bobby Kelly or Vos have put out, and I'd argue he doesn't belong in a "lowest level" list with Schumer. Sure he's been given extra opportunities for political reasons, but he's used those opportunities to put out some pretty good standup.

That's fair enough. I was expecting to dislike his specials but they pleasantly surprised me, and then I love Bobby Kelly but don't think he has ever recorded a good set. Aziz's young fans might not know the difference between good and bad comedy, but his sets are decent.

If you want some real shit lowest level (and sadly, commercially successful) standup then Iliza Shlesinger is your girl.

We can't compare men's comedy to women's comedy its not fair

I've seen Dane at the Laugh Factory in LA a few times recently and he's really good. Took a piss next to him in the bathroom. He's humble.

I don't find him that funny but I'd never deny that he's a great comic. He invented his own thing and ran with it and kept going, he's definitely a real comic just not my taste.

He's not really that flamboyant MSG stage persona anymore. Just a normal comic who tells good jokes in a funny way.

That's good to hear, I never did see his last special so I don't really know. Would never say he's a bad comic though, all the people who say that shit are just dummies.

Amy is a fat white liberal woman who people are calling an inspiration to fat white women who is new to the Hollywood scene and scorching hot in the industry. Anyone who publicly comes out against her right now is going to have to deal with the inevitable backlash. Especially if its a male. Just look at the kid from twitter. She has said 100x more ridiculous things about herself and she decided to sick her fan base on this 17 year old kid and he's probably afraid for his life. She'll eventually burn out in the industry after she run her mouth too much. Jennifer Lawrence will lose her number right afterwards.
