I need a quick rundown on LOS

Specifically, Luis. Since I don't listen to or watch LOS, what is up with Luis & Vic (and who is Vic?). I ask because there were two posts last night concerning the two individuals and I have zero knowledge of the situation (Luis trying to buy this sub?)

Basically just listen to their podcast theme song.. It tells you everything you need to know about them.. Big Jay wears fingerless gloves.. Dave Smith rapes, has a big dick, and loves politics.. Luis is a Puerto Rican Rattlesnake.
