Well no, he changed it just slightly enough to not be funny anymore. They were going through just looking at fat chicks and Patrice was saying who he'd fuck. Opie screamed hold on to "find that sweet spot" as the dope says. The sweet spot was patrice would say stop scrolling and they had to guess who he wouldnt fuck on the page. It was a terrible unfunny idea that blew up after 1 guess.
